Last updated October 19, 2026. By installing the SMC Fashion Dropship app you (the merchant) agree to these terms with SMC Fashion (Vers Trading LLC).
The app imports SMC Fashion products into your Shopify store at the retail price you set, keeps their inventory in sync with our warehouse, and forwards your orders for those products to us. We ship each order to your customer from Los Angeles and invoice you the wholesale price of the goods plus shipping under the wholesale terms of your smcfashion.com account.
The app subscription is $39 every 30 days, billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, after a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; access ends at the end of the paid period. Product and shipping charges are separate from the subscription.
For your customers' personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor. We process that data only to fulfil the orders you send us, as described in our privacy policy, apply the safeguards listed there, assist with customer data requests and erasures through Shopify's mandatory webhooks, delete data on the schedule stated there, and notify you without undue delay of any personal data breach affecting your customers.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting the app or its data we: (1) contain it within 24 hours (revoke affected credentials, isolate the affected system); (2) assess what data and which stores are affected; (3) notify affected merchants by email within 72 hours of confirmation, with what happened, what data was involved and what we have done; (4) notify Shopify where required; (5) record the incident and the corrective actions taken. Report suspected incidents to info@smcfashion.com.
Product photos and descriptions are licensed to you for selling SMC Fashion products from your store while the app is installed. Do not resell the catalog data or use it for any other purpose.
The app is provided as is. Inventory is synced on a schedule and may lag the warehouse; we are not liable for orders you accept for items that have since sold out, beyond refunding the wholesale price of that item. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the previous three months.
